**Maura Allen** and **Pamela Murphy** bring their own takes on American nostalgia together this June, join us on the 25th for **"Americana."** Americana pairs two artists whose work is rooted in the imagery and quiet storytelling of everyday American life. Maura Allen's paintings pull from a well-worn visual vocabulary, signage, small-town scenes, the kind of details that feel instantly recognizable, and renders them with a warmth that borders on affectionate. Pamela Murphy works in a similar register, her compositions carrying a gentle, character-driven charm that turns ordinary subjects into something worth lingering on. Together, their work offers a wide-ranging look at the country's visual culture, filtered through two distinct but complementary points of view. Arriving at the height of summer, it's a show made for long days and slow looking. Join us June 25th, 6-9 PM, for the opening reception of **"Americana"** at Gallery MAR, Park City....
